Unlike most "content management systems" on the market, Minifle CMS is designed to allow changes to only pre-defined areas of a web page and can work with standard Macromedia Dreamweaver editable regions ! Using Minifle CMS to edit your pages means you will never again run the risk of messing up the html code or "non-editable" parts of your website.

As you have read in our overview this flat file cms is probably one of the most simple xhtml cms systems in the world. Just add some snippets into your html, php, etc. files, give them permission to write to, fill in some values into the config file and you're done.

A great tool if you have set up a homepage in xhtml (div, css) and don't want the editor to ruin your layout and use the correct html tags.

In our example we use the dreamweaver editable regions tags but you can use your own snippets.

Just change these values into the config file and you are ready.

The WYSIWYG editor we used is Innovastudio editor and can be used on most platforms with IE or Firefox (windows, linux, mac, etc.).

If you purchase one license you will get a key by mail which has to be entered in the config file. After the first time you want to enter the admin, the domain on which the filecms has been uploaded will be written in our database and from then on it can only be used on that domain.

If you want to test or set up a homepage you can use a local server and use http://localhost as a starting domain. This localhost domain will not be locked.

If you purchase the full unlimited license you will get your own admin tool for adding, changing or locking the license keys and a psd file to change the header logo.
